The bookmarks can be added inside the content or in a box below the content.

There is an additional panel in the posts admin that allows selecting which bookmarks to display. This is to encourage people to choose more relevant bookmarks for their posts.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
